Low RPM cut out
So, my car occasionally cuts out at low RPMs and after a few seconds of hesitation and more throttle will come back to life. Was told originally that it was my spark plugs, so I got new spark plugs(gaped to .044), wires, distributor cap and rotor, still the same problem. I have researched it countless times and still have not found an solid answer. So before I spend a bunch more money on parts I dont really need, just want to get an answer or a few suggestions. Oh yeah, the car is a 2000 honda civic si, with a JDM b18c-R swap if that helps. Thanks in advanced. Will try to answer as many questions as I can to help you guys out with figuring out the problem, but my no means am I a Wiz on this.

Yeah it sucks really makes my car sound shitty. So I don't even drive it. Good luck fixing it. I will let you know what I did to fix it soon, hopefully.
