if your judging by one of those storkiometric(sp?) gauges then i really honestly wouldnt trust it unless it was a really expensive one with a good set-up. aka, not just the autometer hook-up thing. its basically just a nice little rainbow gauge from what i've heard.

its a 90-93 ls motor... i thought it was the tps because my check engine light starting coming on right when i noticed it leaning. when i checked the check engine light it said tps. i was having other problems with my throttle body so i went ahead and just bought another one. it was used but its still better than what i got. it fixed the light, the surge, throttle sticking, and it made the leaning out better. but it still sucks. its an autometer gauge so it oculd be lieing to me but i can smell it in the high rpms...starts from about 4500 and the guage works its way down as my rpms go up...it gets to where theres nothing even on the screen and picking up speed is terrible...
