Default JDM H22 ecu over the USDM??

what kind of benifits are the from running a Jdm ecu over a USDM on the H22.
what is the deal with rev limiter and speed limiter as well as the fuel maps?
im trying to go more then 112mph, please fill me in........

Well, the JDM ECU does have a lower speed govenor, but other than that I don't think there is a whole lot of differnce. I would run a chipped P28 personally

JDM P13 doesn't have the secondary runner control I believe. Use a chipped P72 instead, then you'll keep your secondary runner control, and your knock sensor. Otherwise the maps are a little more aggressive in the JDM..

alright fabrik8, i almost sure im going to run a jdm p13, i am taking out the secondary butterflys. is that a good enough fix?? how can i modifie for a top speed

If by taking out you mean putting a different manifold on, then yes. You'll be all set with the JDM P13. You'll still have a 112 MPH speed limiter though, you'll have to get the JDM P13 chipped with a program that has the speed limiter disabled. Good luck.. There are a few programs floating around for those, that's your best bet because the JDM P13 program is very hard to modify so most people can't do a thing for you..
