does anyone know how to change them? if so lemme know.

 

its easy. you lossen the jam nut on the outer and then you unbolt it from the knuckle and twist it off cout how many turn it take to get it off because when you put the new one on you need to spin the same ammount of turns. Inner tie rods are about the way I have never done them but I have seen them done a few times.
