Default idling problem

ok i just did a swap to my ek, and it has an idling problem, its not the usual famous honda up and down idling problem, the idle fluctuates(spell) lightly and the longer it idles the more it fluctuates, ive tried everything i know, i have an appointment at custom car care next week but im really not trying to pay 75 bucks an hour just for them to tell me whats wrong, if anyone can come check it out, or i could meet somewhere or anything, i dont care, i have money, thats not an issue, as long as its reasonable, or atleast any knowledge would be greatly appreciated, thanks, also its got a brand new iac valve

do this when cold?
when warm?

Fluctuates as in what? Pulses/surges or...just seems higher than usual after a certain amt of time?

mainly does it more when its warm, but still when its cold, as in fluctuating, i mean idling at 900 or so and slowly climbs up to about 1200 and drop slowly, and sometimes it flutuated more than that, its not consistant
