I GOT A QUESTION!
just tore apart my GSR can anybody explain the difference and in GSR/typaR and ItR cams new and old school
can somebody send me a picture of an old school skunk 2 intake or the difference in a b16 intake and and old school skunk 2
what type of manifold should i use for 30 pounds of boost
i also need a GSR block to install my sleeves the block i got was CRAAAAAAAAAAP! (with main caps)

GSR vs. Type R cams is just a difference in the cam lobe timing. GSR was still conservative for better gas millage. Type R cams are a bit more aggressive. Definably better for boost. I don't have exact figures. Check out the ITR forum on honda-tech.
Edelbrock Victor X is my suggestion.
JM Fabrications makes a nice custom manifold.
Full-Race was working on one too at one time.
Some of the carbon fiber intake manifold have nice flow characteristics too, but $$$.

how would i identify what type of cams i have now? the head has work done to it as far as springs and retainers but was told it had skunk2 cams but i dont think so...so im guessing 1 of the 3 im asking about. i was told the intake was an old school skunk2 but was also told it looked like a stock b16 intake. sorry about the way i explained it before.

I would but one of my dogs chewed my cord to my camera....how would i identify what type of cams i have now they dont have p1 or p2 on them so im thinking they are gsr or type r how can i look at them and tell???
