you would have to have a boost like the size of a quarter to only boost that much. i personally think its something else (namely the turbo) a boosted app. is not that hard of a setup, few pieces.

hmmm intercooler? how's your cat? what kind of boost controller do you have? did you run your vaccum lines rite? is your wastegate internal or external? if your wastegate is internal did you check to see if the flapper is messed up? is your turbo in good condition? what psi are you trying to run? are you sure your boost gauge isnt bad?

you know that make fuel injected safe UV leak dectection. Just go to a local pep boys grab some Uv leak dection make sure it says O2 safe and cat safe and basically fuel injection safe and grab a black light and find the leak just put it on after the turbo just to be on the safe side.
