There are TONS of threads out there to search for. honda-tech.com, honda-acura.com, hondoogle.com. clubcivic.com, super-honda.com
If i were you, and if you have enough knowledge to do this. i would just use the harness from your b20, or get a obd-1 gsr harness. Since you know it already fits to the chasis harness, if you use the b20 harness wire your vtec and knock sensor i beleive. Get you a adapter harness for the ecu and call it a day.

yes if you are going to convert the motor to obd1. if you want to go/stay obd2 then find an obd2 gsr wire harness so that the knock sensor is there. you could honestly use the harness you have now and run the two wires for vtec straight to your ecu/shock towers and be done.

honestly, its really not that hard. But if you are new to it then it can seem a little confusing. there are step by step instructions out there, you just have to find them.
I know a obd 1 gsr harness will plug right into your chasis harness, Its what i have on my 92 hatch. And it will plug right up on the ITR. what ECU are you running?
