ok so i just baught this 94 escort five speed for a lil play toy andi got a head deck for it , but damn if i know how to rip the stock one out. anyone have any experience on the fords ? or know of any sites that could help me

if you see 2 small holes on each side to the cd player than you would need ford keys to take it out....or do it the boot leg way and take a coat hanger, cut it in half and bend it to fit the little holes...then just rip the bitch out because the actual keys have small ridges that grab onto something inside the radio so it can be pulled out, but since coat hangers dont just pull back on it with a screw driver or put your hand inside the tape player hole and pull backwards while pushing the hangers in hard.

thanks guys for the input i did just rip the thing out of there lol and had to buy new connectors for the harness but it all worked out thanks , anyone know of anyone with a tricked out escort , im not a normal 4 banger person i sold my camaro and baught me a lil escort for some reason , time for somethin new wanted a civic but fell through any ideas hook me up
