Default honda question

i have a 99 civic si. i was looking at buying a gsr block with type r pistons, could i use my b16 head without any problems. also what esle would i need to complete this. thanks

Yes you can use your head. You will need a new head gasket and any other gaskets that have been removed. ie intake manifold, exhaust manifold

It's a straight forward swap.
