Default Honda Manual Tranny question

I don't know much about these things except how to take them off and put them on. Yesterday at the track on the first run I toasted my clutch....No big deal expected it to happen. About three runs later, I started getting a grind going into third AND 4th. Both on the same run. First thought is synchros, but I just think it's a little weird they both went at the same time. It happens at anything above like 3500 rpms, so even normal driving it's annoying. Any other ideas on what it might be?

pressure plate going bad most likely from excessive heat from the clutch going bad.

I was hoping you'd say that. My clutch pedal does feel kind of weird. Can't really explain it. I can just tell something isn't normal.

Best things to do is take the tranny off one day when you got a few hours to spare, and examine the clutch and preasure plate. Well hope you fix your problem.

Your 3rd & 4th shift ring is going bad...well that and the surface area on the shifting mechanism probably has nice worn spots in them. Both can easily be bought from your local friend Honda dealership.
