will obd II injectors (civic d16y8) work with an obd I computer?

not unless you change the injector clips in the harness as well.

or just do the cost efficient upgrade...use stock dsm injectors with doin minor mods...

It's not a matter of how they are pinned. The gray connectors are slightly different between OBD1 & OBD2.
Just change the gray clips, or get some OBD1 injectors.
