450 DSM injector question an timming
Crome says them injectors are max out on 10psi on my car. is that right. i dont think so. Im only running 7psi so im not trying to stress the injectors out.
also im running 20 degrees timming at WOT on &psi. That should be pretty safe corrrect?

at 10psi you should be around 300whp or more so yes those injectors will be pushing it. Try cranking up your fuel pressure if you want to run 10psi.

the timing doesn't sound bad for a base. I usually use 1deg/psi retard for a basemap. Make sure you pull plugs or use a knock detection device to check for knock.

Hey,
CROME's calculation is incorrect once you scale injectors I believe..
so its not correct.
20 deg total timing seems perfectly fine for 7 psi
