Holding the flywheel still...
Ghetto but its worked on more than one occasion for me....Put a flathead screwdriver inbetween the teeth, and put the other end on the ground, when you turbn the bolt and it turns the flywheel, adjust the screwdriver so it jus stops on the ground. When you go to loosen it, quick firm tugs should break em free.
