The Oxygen sensor heater is fused on those cars, did you check the fuse and the codes to verify that you indeed need a new O2 sensor?

I've read that bosch and denso universal O2 sensors are not built to honda oe spec and could be a waste of money. Save the risk and hassle of splicing and just buy an oe sensor.

OE or nothing. and the fuse will blow because the heater is shorted internally most of the time.

I agree with OE or nothing. Don't do the universals.

Denso is the OE supplier. if they are going on ebay for 150, i need to start selling them, cause they are cheaper than that at most parts stores (and much less than that at my supplier)

i presume you are talking about the upstream one. gimme some vehicle specs and i will give you a denso part number if you want it. 2 or 4 door and engine code, along with if its a 49 or 50 state car.
