hey got a turboed si 92 d16z6 rebuildins engine what kind of pistons, rings rods,sleeves you think I should get needs to lower compression

thicker headgaskets are no substitute for a proper rebuild.

you idiot. the compression is already low as hell. 9.2:1. lowering it even more to make it a dog out of boost isn't going to help the fact that stock D series rods are weak as shit. have you ever held one in your hand? at their thickest point, they still are not as thick as a sharpie pen. i would go w/ eagle rods, pistons at around stock or 9.5:1 compression brand of your choice, new bottom end bearings, STOCK rings, and hondata. have to have hondata...no other way to safely keep the motor together.
