So you're saying that the blower motor does not blow air out of the vents when it is on. It doesn't blow cold air, or hot air, or anything? You can't hear it, and it doesn't move any air.

You're also saying that you have a coolant consumption problem or leak somewhere, and that you have to refill the coolant.

So you actually have two problems? You have no heat, and your blower motor doesn't work either?
Yeah i guess i have 2 problems

Ok, so now we can get somewhere. You'll need to grab a multimeter so you can check a few things. First and foremost, pull the fuse and see if you're getting power at the fuseholder. If you don't have power, you need to work back toward the battery.
If you are getting power, you need to work toward the fan. This means the switch for the blower could be bad, or the ballast resistors that set the different fan speeds, or a few other things. The blower itself could be bad, but they don't usually fail all of a sudden so we'll assume that it isn't the case.

You can start from the blower and work backwards instead, but the fuse is the easy starting place.

Usually nothing goes wrong with those unless there are warning signs. I don't think it's getting power for whatever reason.
