Hey im lookin to buy some headers for my teg and i wanted to know what material is best, i heard ceramic is better but i want to be sure. Also im in the upgrading stage and if anyone has some good suggestions for a 94 integra LS let me know; exterior as well i need to get rid of those beautful stock wheels so if u have anything let me know. Thanks

so what engine is it? v6 from a nsx? pilot?

if your asking for what header, then i would suggest a bisi header if you can afford it. and stainless would be the best, as rust sucks.

That or...

I'd get a factory JDM ITR header. Good quality and they flow good for a factory header.

Thats what I have.

Headers aren't made from ceramic, they're coated with it. It's your choice if you want to get a coated header, it won't do much on a non-turbo setup except keep underhood temps down. Ceramic coated mild steel headers will perform the same and be as rust free as ceramic coated stainless, so it's your choice if you're going to get a coated header.
