im swapping my head and manifold (mpfi too)tommorow..... well im starting. i dont know how to change the head, i know its pretty simple, but what all is to it, like putting on the head gasket and torquein the bolts? thanks. also aqny ahead of time pointers for anybody experienced in doing the mpfi swap

 

got to clean and re-surface the block, clean and re-surface the head, pull and replace the oil jet in the block (use the d16 jet), then slap the head on. after that wire it up and enjoy the little hp you get for a whole lot of work.

 

you get about 120 if you start with none

 

i put the head and manifold on today, took it all out yesterday. im tryin to match up the z6 manifold to all the hoses right now, then its the wiring.
