Haltech E6X w/ Sr20det
Hello, I just finished installing the E6X on my SR. It wont start up. Its getting fuel and the injectors are working. But its not getting any spark. Has anyone ever installed a E6X on a SR20DET before, and what were your trigger setting. Im pretty sure its wired up right. I think I might have something set wrong in the program. Also if someone has some maps I can use that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks alot

Well, I think I found the problem. I beleive my ignitor is bad. . Ive checked voltage before and after the ignitor while starting. I got about 11 before and zero after on all places. I checked the ohms through the ignitor and have zero. Does it sound like its bad to you? Anyone now were I can get one cheap and fast?
Thanks for the replies.

It's supposed to be 0 ohms on a lot of the lines depending on between which 2 points you test. Continuity = Yes = 0 ohms

What kind of meter are you checking with? If its one of those sorry needle ones you're gonna have to turn a buzzer on or do something else besides read resistance.

oh. Im just reading ohms. I found what might be the problem. The connector were the coil packs are by the valve cover. I have a blue and red wire coming off the connector not going to anywere. I was looking in the FSM and it used to got the the ignition reley but now it goes no where. Is it supposed to get grounded or get 12 volts or what?
