and have you tried to bypass everything in side and hook up the starter with jumper cables because you might have got the last start out of her before you took out the dash and if that dosn't work then it is the starter and if it does i would take the dash back out and do it again you might have missed something and check all grounds you might have it on there but that doesn't mean you have a good connection
the starter works if i jump it!!! i took the dash back out and hooked up everything exactly like its supposed to be, but the MFer still wont start!!!!!!!
Honestly, It's really hard to work around one problem when few others haven't been solved.
If you could, be alot more specific, please.
What have you all done before it quit starting? Did you just take the dash out and now it wont start? You've checked all the sensors, any loose wires? Damaged sensors upon removal?

took the dash out! hooked EVERYTHING back up no loose wires, no blown fuses, was automatic and never had clutch switch! started before i took dash out!!!!!
well when it was automatic i assume you were using a auto ECU. when you switched to manual i'm assuming you switched ECUs.
on a auto the vehicle will not start if the shifter isn't in P or (N?).
on a manual you have a neutral saftey switch so the car can't start in gear.
either way a sensor is stopping the starter from engaging.
