Default h22a4 bottom end build

Need some help/advice on building my bottom end. This is my first time doing a build so please bare with me. I was going to just replace my bottom end, but due to too many bullshitters here in VA my only option is to build my exsisting block. So I need some opinions on what are the best but also reasonable priced parts. I'm looking to do a strong all motor build. If I could get some feed back that'd be great. Thanks

just remember anything other than OEM pistons you have to sleeve the H22 block. It has FRM cylinder walls and they arent compatible with anything other that OEM pistons without sleeves. Alot of people are using the F23 block and for builds so they can get away from sleeving H22 head bolts on it with minor modifications.

The top link is on FRM liners bottom one is on the f23 build that import tuner built

MAHLE makes pistons for the H22 also i forgot about them. They are compatible with the FRM liners never had any experience with them though.

I don't know about their Honda parts, but their Formula 1 and LMP parts seem to be decent quality.

Thanks everyone. See the problem I'm having is I've found metal shavings in my oil. I've had an annoying ticking noise that seems to be coming from the block, so it leads me to believe there's a problem with something in the bottom end. Also when I pull the plug wire out of cylinder 2 I get almost no reaction. Every other cylinder almost cuts the car off. Can anyone give input as to what could be going on?

do a compression test and see what it reads..if its low do a cylinder leak down test and you will be able to tell if you have messed up something in the head or if its in the bottom end
