Default h22a Limp :(

My new ferkin swap is being a bitch.
I had a JDM h22a full swap put in this past week. The motor ran perfectly in the other accord it was in prior to mine, and there were no issues.
But, swapping from one accord into mine, seemed to bitch slap it.

Motor easily kicked into VTEC in the previous car, but now she wont.

Symptoms:
Rev Limiter @ ~6500
VTEC Doesnt Kick in
Given Codes: 12 (EGR Valve) ((its blocked off/plated))
22 (VTEC Pressure Switch)

I'm driving her now because other than lack of vtec, she is purring beautifully. I wanted to know if maybe it could be a bad pressure switch (perhaps went bad during the swap?) or if I should look elsewhere.
The ECU was pinned and everythin.

I'm going back to replace the pressure switch, just for good measures.

Would the EGR CEL cause VTEC to not kick in later?

If anyone has ever had a similar issue, lemme know. Could use some help ;p
I'm stumped.

It is OBD1, and I just replaced the VTEC Pressure switch.

I still have code 22, but no more EGR.

As far as the pinout, I'll go and check.

It gives me a code. Oil level shouldnt give me a code through vtec, it would just not function right (so I've read through research)

Ok, finally went back.

And shes fixed! Talk about finding lost power.

Anyway, it was the wiring. One of the pins put in had the wrong color, and blah blah shitty shit shit its good now.

But, on the way home, she threw a CEL... but VTEC worx.
Unfortunately, when I slow out of gear and coast, or w/e the Idle will either:

1) drop to ~1200, then slowly decend to ~700 like normal

OR!

2) drop to ~1200, and jump down to ~700, then back up to ~1200 then down to ~700 (repeat like 5 or 6 times) and then it smooths out, and idles at ~700

If I give any gas, it just revs and sticks to what I tell it to do, but when I dont touch the gas, it picks one of the two options above.

Its not really making crazy noises, but its annoying kind of. Like a tad bit of reving. Its on auto-rice mode

Appeared (well, what I can remember, after all the majority of my drive was interstate @ ~65 mph) after I spun tires a bit. (not used to the power yet)

I have a problem with my H22 also, vtec works but if im sitting still it wont rev past 3000, sounds like it hitting the rev which its not. And also when im taking off it sometimes hesitates and jerks and then i press harder on the accelerator it goes and when i get to like 55-60 and cruise it will start spitting and popping until i get down on it a little harder. Any Ideas, ive changed plugs, blocked EGR, and Changed Oil.

What ecu did you use? I used the p28(virgin) because it eliminates the knock sensor and doesn't read the egr valve.
