Default h22a balancing belt failure

when it fails does the motor become basically unusable? ie. Blown?.....when mine went out tonight there was oil all over the place under the car.....car seemed to run normal though.....

balance shaft belt and u broke the crank shaft seal as well more than likely if you saw oil

ummmmm sure ill buy it for 50 bucks too, i dont think the motors done... how do ueven know it broke

no compression on number 3 again......leaked oil under the car and was smoking badly

as long as there was no dammage to the timing and there was no contact just rebuild the motor and get on with it. should be fine. the blance shaft isn't nessicary. it does help thought and i wouldn't drive without one.

you most likley had the balance shaft seal pop out due to there being no retainer from the factory and the previous owner not having the recall performed.

so when i get this new h22a swap in will the manual tensioner swap fix this problem?
