Default H22 Clutch need help

I need new clutch on my Lude..What stage.. Clutch. you guys thing is the best for h22? Stage 1,2 or 3??? or something else . Thanks for help me out...

ive always been a strong beliver that a stage 2 is more than enough, A. it will last longer, and B. its cheaper, but if your going for alot of power stage 3 should be more than anough and you will deff. feel the difference in torque percentage through every shift
