Default Gsr rod and main bearings

I had a gsr that dropped a valve. It ruined the head but a got a new one. I want to put ITR pistons in it. I am going to replace rod bearings but do I have to replace main bearings. It has low miles on it.

If you don't remove the crank then you don't need to replace them. That is assuming the block is ok after the dropped valve.
