Fuse or Wiring Problem?

My System for the lights are burn out and the CD player don't work its coming from an 03 accord ex someone help me please!

First step is check the fuses. Second step is find the inline fusible link that the accords are quite known to have blow. Almost positive this will be your problem.

The diagram on the fuse covers or the owner's manual will tell you.
