EF subframe help

Default EF subframe help

I am starting to build a EF and i was wondering if a DA subframe would bolt up to EF frame to make it stiffer? Just wondering cuz i wanted to see if anyone has tried it before if not im still going to try it out... Thanks

there's no need for reinforcement down there. the flex happens up top. you'd be better off purchasing a shock tower brace, or some fender braces.

The big question is, WHAT are you building the car for/to do? Answer that HONESTLY to yourself then debate on whether or not a sub frame brace is worth pursuing.


IMO: I can say 80% of the after-market sub frame braces you see on street driven cars are absolute overkill. The other 20% actually see the track.
