Fun in the snow = Rough Idle/Chattering Dash ... HELP!
I have a 91 Civic DX Hatchback. It was fine until a couple days ago when my friend hit the curb really hard in the snow. After that, the alignment is of course off, but I noticed a clicking sound from the motor. I think it is the spark plugs in action, but it actually got louder. I dont know if that might have anything to do with it. I havent driven the car in a couple days now since the incident, but when I start it and come to a stop, the car has a bit of vibrations that can be felt all over the car. The dash and steering wheel chatter very strongly and I can feel the vibrations through my seats. When I give it the slightest bit of gas, the vibrations stop and it is a very smooth running motor. When it goes into neutral or idle, it starts to vibrate again. It is a stock 1.5L motor in the car. Keep in mind, this started after the car hit the curb pretty hard. Could it have messed up the timing or anything internal, even though it was only the wheel that got hit? I want to get this car fixed becuase my dad drives it now and I dont want him to get stuck somewhere. Any input would be greatly appriciated. Thanks!

Could possible be a tie rod or control arm something to deal with the suspension and its components coud be bent. But motor mout sound possible, he would have it it pretty hard though. If you can get it on a ramp or lift you should look at all the suspention on the side it hit to see if any of it is bent or broke. You should be able to see the motor mounts too.
