Default fuel pump problem

I have a 93 hatch and my fuel pump isnt getting any power. My question is..is there a fuse that goes to the fuel pump or is it bad wiring or the computer please any advice.

hondas should have a seprate relay that doesnt run anything but the fuel pump an yes the relay should be in the fuse box if your not sure which one look under the fuse box cover an you will find a small diagram to show you which relay is which
