Default Fuel Pump?

Ok first the car its a 97 civic with a LS swap...and the problem when i'm driving along my fuel seems to just cut out and if i kind of pop the pedal it will go back to normal and it goes back and forth like that for a min...now it does not do this all the time but its starting to get more and more frequent...i changed my fuel filter yesterday to no avail...could it be my fuel pump?

PLEASE HELP ASAP(also if i need a fuel pump would an integra one fit/be better?)

Check for a stuck throttle cable. Open the hood while running and pull on the thing manually.

Ew.. never.

LS swap?

Are the wires going into the TPS tight into the plug?

Sometimes that causes B's to hesitate at wierd times.
