ok this doesnt look good at all (i believe theyre called spindles , correct me if im wrong) the threads look bad and rusted fixable ? if not what will i need ? and what couldve caused this

Not fixable whatsoever. Burn your car.
They're called wheel studs, get them from autozone, you press them in and out. Cost about $2 each.

easy fix...just beat your current wheel studs out with a hammer > buy new studs > insert studs in holes > put lug nut on stud > tighten lug nut until stud is pulled all the way into the hole and vwala! yer done.
edit- install the studs using the lug nut method only if you have an air compressor/impact wrench. hand tightening will not set the stud correctly. if you do not have access to an impact then you will need to have them pressed out/in.

should be as simple as knocking the old studs out...there should be an area on the spindle where you can fit the new studs into the hub...pull them in using the impact method...then reinstall tire and lug nuts and roll on

well if your running extended studs then you may have to pull the hub assembly off in order to get the studs in...
if they are factory length then they should go in without taking the hub off..
