Default Fender rubbing sound

I just started hearing a rubbing sound coming from the front passenger fender. At first, it sounded like a had a flat tire, but this obviously wasn't the case. It only occurs at low speeds, but it seems to stop when I push the brakes or accelerate.

I'm in a 2000 Integra, which was recently lowered (on Saturday).

Also check the wheel bearing; if there is a good amount of bearing play than the wheel can move in different directions under braking and acceleration than going steady state. Might be rubbing the fender liner. I'd suspect it's something simpler than that though.

wheel bearing is my guess, that or ur rubbing your inner fender. fixing that is as easy as getting a jack, lug wrench, and scissors

Or you could actually replace the bearing if it's going bad, instead of being ghetto and just cutting the liner to cover up the problem..

Check your rotor heat shield.

I can't remember how many times I've barely hit it, and it touches something, making the worst noise ever.

Unless you have fender wear...then obviously wouldn't be it.

Loose lug nuts for the win! I feel like such a fucking idiot, although I'm glad I caught it before the wheel fell off on 64!

I've done that before, always check your lugnuts after your work is done, and a few days afterwards in case anything loosens up.
