probably going to need the harness too.

b.c 96-98 is obd2a, 99-00 is obd2b.

not sure but i think they are different.

well how hard would it be to switch out the harness?
and would you have to put a new heater box in it?

i dont know. but the dash harness isnt that hard to swap out.

i just had to swap my dash harness out in my integra when i switched the dashboards.

its recommended to take the dash out to swap harnesses.

but im not 100% sure if you even have to change the harness or not. good luck

yea u would have to change the dash harness out...then by doing that u would have to change the engine bay harness aswell b/c the plugs on the ecu side on the 99-00 are diff. from 96-98 ur going from obd2 a to obd2 b so there is a few diff plugs that wont work with each other...in other words to much freaking work to change out some knobs and shit....but either way g/l with that
