Hub-Centric Rings for aftermarket wheels?
Hubcentric rings for aftermarket wheels
Hub centric rings are required on aftermarket wheels to insure that the wheel stays centered on the hub when removing, replacing the wheels...
where can you find these rings? Do tire/wheel shops carry them? are they standard sizes?
My newly purchased MR2 has 15" BBS rims but no rings and the car was wobbling pretty good, I thought it was unbalanced wheels but then when I raised the car and spun the wheels by hand you could see the tire moving up and down slightly in the wheel well....obviously this is the cause.

As stated, the wheel manufacturers should have the correct rings, however they usually are made of plastic. If you want to track the car, plan on paying more for some aluminium ones, which can be difficult to source.

UPDATE: I found them...through tirerack.com....they just had to know what wheel you have so they can know the centerbore of said wheel and then the vehicle it's going on....the problem is lesser though before the rings just by raising the car and star torquing the lugs with NO weight on them. still not perfect but much smoother a ride.
