Okay I have a 92 auto Integra with 190,xxx miles on it. It was running fine until about a week ago, when I noticed the steering wheel would sporadically jerk to the right side, it felt as though my tire was f***** up or something. I took the car to my mechanic who inspected the axles, wheel bearings, control arms, tires. All checked out okay, he told me he felt nothing when test driving the car and said I "probably just need an alignment." Later that very night I drove the car for about 20 minutes at higher speeds than when driving home from the mechanic, a knocking noise ensued meanwhile the car jerking to the right side intensified. I also noticed while driving the knocking/jerking intensifies with acceleration. My dad said he drove the car a few days later and didn't notice anything unusual, but he doesn't drive it hard like I do. WTF is going on? Anybody have ideas?
