Default D16Y8 Problem

Here's the deal. I have a 97 Ex coupe running a D16Y8. Installed a chipped P28(skunk 2 Chip) and a VAFC. Since then i get a check engine light if I cruise between 4 and 5g. It sometimes also does it if iam am cruising at a real low rpm. If i am on it hard and just go past 5g it usually doesn't come one. Any one have any ideas? Thought maybe we had it running rich but it comes on and almost the same spot everytime.

Other mods include Headers, fuel pump, sparkplug wires, fuel rail, fpr, intake manifold, exhaust.

Let me know if anyone has any clue.
