hey there is an extended warranty on those manifolds and o2 sensors. if you have less that 150k on it any honda dealer will replace it free of charge

 

bottoming out on the downpipe or cat will also cause undue stress on the manifold. i was going to say give it to me and i can tig weld it up for you, but if you already have a header do that. i think you said you have to extend the o2. just do that, much cheaper, and will work just fine. get a roll of wire from autozone and extend each color to its matching color after you cut it and screw it into where it goes. very easy

Thats not cool, i have about 147,000(on the current cluster its about 300 away from 150k). i switched my guage cluster for one w/ a tach so i dont think it would apply for me anyway(i still have both)... thats disappointing. thanks for all the help guys. Im probably gonna go w/ an ebay header and get the cat relocated. while im at it i might as well get a while new exhaust and do the pipe all the way back to a new muffler. im thinking maybe a flat black vibrant muffler.

i went to colonial honda right outside of richmond and thats what they told me.. i have a 2000 civic dx coupe, now has about 119k miles....but its a lil late as of now..i already got a header and put on it
