crx brake conversion

anybody ever done a CRX rear drum to disc brake conversion?

and what parts are needed? what make and year specifically?

I am pretty sure you can swap the parts off of an early integra. Also the 91 crx si's had rear disk brakes. I would imagine that would be the easiest.
