Beings you are close to Richmond I would recommend you get in touch with sohc_mshue as I believe he is close to you. If you want to com to tidewater then your options would be Accuracy, Dyno Inc, MRD, and Precision Auto. hope this helps. I think that should cover all your bases. Good luck

You can use any chipped OBD1 ECU, the CROME program is made at the time that you get tuned.
