I have a 1989 acura integra that pulls a code 4 and code 9. When I go to start it it hesitates and shuts back off. I ve tried to put a new ecu in and that does nothing. Also put a new distributer in and that does nothing to help the situtation. Ive checked all the grounds for the ecu and the motor. Im at a loss any help would be greatful.

 

did you actually look up the code ?.....

 

4=crank angle sensor(distributor)
9=cyl 1 position sensor(also distributor)
