I was driving yesterday and all of a sudden my car wouldn't rev past 3,200 rpms. Checked led display and read code 16 and 14, fuel injection and iac. The iac valve code has been on for a long time and has never really caused a problem. Now heres the kicker, if I turn the car off and turn it back on it drives fine for about five seconds then throws code 16 yet again. Any input is appreciated.
