broken flux capacitor. and while you're down replacing that, get a new rotator splint

skip advanced, they dont do free OBDII scans as far as i know. take it to your nearest auto zone and get it scanned. some cars you can disconnect the battery and it will reset the ecu which would reset the code and only bring it back up if there is still a problem. but id take it to autozone first to make sure its nothing serious. let us know how it goes

give the car a thorough inspection (underneath) as snow and slush like to stick to things and could have damaged electrical connections. do you have dual 02 sensors? check the connections. you may also inspect the catalytic converters cause you may have cracked one.
