ECOTEC rods usually give out around 190 hp. but the blocks are very strong, so your turbo dreams are very feasible. just take the above advice, and check out j-body.org.

oh yeah. for internals i don tknow if they still have them on these sites, but here they are just for refrence....

i know crower makes some, just gotta search for them...

but like everyone has been saying. j-body.org you'll find all the info you need, and there are quite a few boostedj j's on there. mostly 2.2l ohv's you can talk to about what you need.

today a swear i saw a blue cavi with a FMIC on 264 eastbound around the lynnhaven exits arounf 3 or 4 or so. it had temp tags on it. anyone seen it or have any info/??
