Has the engine been sitting??
Compression?
try a couple of drops of oil in each cylinder, rotate it, with the plugs out, put the plugs in and try it.

So the fuel pump is priming, Do you have fuel at the rail? What ecu are you running, Just cause you have fuel pressure doesnt automatically mean injectors are firing right
