This is a long shot too, my friend had a 300zx and did the same thing , all his was was the battery terminal need cleaned and the posative wire also need cleaned. Did that and started right up.

i have to a conclusion that i have a short out some where

where? i dont kno but i do is that when i put tha key in tha beepin started then when i went to turn tha key to acc no power was present
