try to loosen the nut at the end of the fuel rail and turn the key on and see if fuel sprays out.

 

i loosend the bolt at the end of the fuel rail... sprayed out

 

what really confuses me is the fact the that the speedometer and the odometer moves when the key is in the on position, and that i can here the main relay clicking a thousand times( and i know that it is supposed to click three times)...i leaning towards electrical but at wits end as to what it could be

might be distributor same thing happened to me or it could be the main relay

hes right its the distribitor. i got a dollar on it

 

it was the ground on the thermostat...bad connection...send my dollar to 123 main st.,anytown, anystate, 12345...lol
