This is your problem, you've done too much and given too little info. Out of all these things you've done, were they done before or after the car shut off driving? Which were done when? Is the car throwing any codes?

i just bought the car i never red lined it drove it shitty etc. i was going down the road and it bogged out and wouldn't start, i called a mechanic and he said that the head i have ( b16a2) ( '00 civic si ) is famous for its igniter going out so i just replaced the whole dizzy, canceled out the external coil and put a stock cap, with a stock coil which was already in the dizzy.. new wires and plugs... all to do with ignition that i know of..

Do you have spark at the plugs? Have you verified the fuel pump is working? Is the fuel making it to the combustion chamber?

Do you know how to check any of these things?

If you can't tell if it's your starter or not, just give up now, walk away, don't turn back.
