stupid me. i jumped pin 1 and 7 on the main relay harness and the pump didn't prime, so i knew the culprit immediately.


pin 1 on the main relay harness is constant power, supplied by the 15A ecu fuse under the hood. pin 7 goes directly to the fuel pump. see the problem?

 

But the important question is, why did the fuse blow?

already figured that out... the power and signal wire coming from the lc-1 running to my o-meter had a short... like, where it hooked them up to the 1/8" audio jack, i guess when my friend got in the car... his foot hit it and bent the connector...


i went ahead and bought like 4 15A fuses to replace it with incase it happens again.
