Question Brakes: 92 Protege

My father is trying to change the rear disc brakes on my mothers 92 Protege. He cant seem to get the cylinder to push back so he can change them. No problem on the front, but we're not having any luck on the rear. Any suggestions? TIA

try turning the pistons, then they will go in.
need 323 parts, anyone help find some.
